We like to back entrepreneurs who share our vision and dedication for better healthcare provision in the UK and have a compelling business plan to address areas of major needs.
Apposite invests in all areas of Healthcare Services from acute medicine through to social care. We typically invest in emerging revenue generating and often profitable businesses which we aim to grow to national champions and market leaders. We typically invest £10-25 million in any one company, often through several rounds of financing, and intend to be the sole institutional investor.
Apposite has a very hands-on approach to portfolio management and work closely with the management teams at all levels – particularly in areas around strategy, business development and financing.
Apposite’s extensive network allows it to attract highly-experienced non-executive directors to its portfolio companies, who can add substantial value through their in-depth knowledge and contacts across the sector.
